1. Overview

Bingwah CRM (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects a business’s WhatsApp Business Account to an AI assistant trained on that business’s own knowledge base, so their customers can get support, information, and place orders on WhatsApp. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and Facebook profile ID when you sign in with Facebook.
• Business information — your business name, description, industry, and WhatsApp Business Account details (WABA ID, phone number ID, verified name) obtained through Meta’s Embedded Signup.
• Knowledge base content — documents, price lists, and text your business uploads to train its AI assistant.
• Conversation data — messages exchanged between a business’s customers and its AI assistant, used to generate responses and order records.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to operate and improve the service: authenticating you, connecting and maintaining your WhatsApp integration, generating AI responses grounded in your knowledge base, processing orders, and providing customer support. We do not sell tenant data, and each business’s knowledge base and conversations are logically isolated from every other business on the platform.

4. Terms of Service

By creating a Bingwah CRM account you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for content you upload to your knowledge base and the messages your AI assistant sends on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or these terms.

5. Data deletion

You can delete your business account at any time from Dashboard → Business Profile → Delete Account. Your subscription is cancelled and your WhatsApp connection to Bingwah CRM is removed immediately, with no pro-rating or refund, and you can no longer sign in. Your business details and knowledge base are then kept in an archive for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Email contact@bingwah.com within that window if you want your data deleted sooner.

If you signed in with Facebook and remove Bingwah CRM from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings, Facebook will send us a data deletion request on your behalf, which we process automatically — in that case your data is deleted immediately, without the 30-day archive. You can also email contact@bingwah.com to request deletion directly.
